Good stuff or bad? That is the question.

Ok so now my live rocks and sand are getting some really neat looking stuff growing on them. Some looks like little red blisters and some are just pinkish red patches. Other colors I am seeing is a tan and a black patchy looking stuff. Are all of these types of algae? And most importantly are they good or bad?

Its normal as your tank cycles aslong as it doesn't get out of hand. It sounds like cyano

also the tan stuff is all around it too. Seems like it must be good too because the hermits love picking at it and consuming it.
