Gorgonian and Sponges

How much light do they require? Currently have a 20 gallon with standard 15w fixture with 50/50 reef bulb.

sponge hardly any and it depends on the type of Gorgonian

The majority of sponges don't require any lighting, but they do need strong flow and lots of phyto and they can't be exposed to air.
