gorgonian question

I have a red gorgonian that has died off in some spots. Does any body know if it will regenerate? Or will the dead spots stay dead?

I'm just curious (since I have a red gorg.) what a dead part looks like?

If it is the non photosynthetic type they need a lot of feeding and flow to keep cyanobacteria off of them. It is almost certain death. I have some goronia that is photosynthetic and it does very well. Its purple with brown polyps if your interested in some contact me. Mscarpena@msn.com
