Nice car! I love my 530i. Rides like a cloud.
Let's see . . . Black ... Dubs . . . $8K. I'm guessing a police auction (if you want to call it that) of a confiscated vehicle obtained in a drug bust. :thinking: My friend bought a 1984 Corvette for $700.00 in one of those so called auction once.
I was checking out the new M5 at our dealership when I was getting brakes put on my 530i. It's a sweet looking car.

Haha...I'm next in line, behind Jer. I drove the first one to hit US soil...the one in the pics, that I posted. Talk about a mean car...I've driven Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche but the new M5 is a BEAST!
I forgot to say it before, but nice car, Jer! I'm a big fan of the late 90's 7 bodies. Not a fan of chrome rims though. A friend of mine has a 99 750i with black 19's.

See, im oddly a fan of the chrome rims...I do like the black idea as well though....they're $3k rims so im thinking im not going to fight it if they come with the car! ..hehe...right now it has winter tires on it...(just the ones that come with the 740i normally) ...On body style i actully like it better than the new ones....the new ones dont really look like BMW's to me... but man i'd still love to own one!

I grew up around cars and I drive a Trans Am. It's a black WS6 with an LT-1, Borla exhaust, and a six speed. It gives me such a rush. Hit the gas, pop the clutch, slam the gears, feel the push back in the seat, and hear the roar of the exhaust....oh yeah! When I see a hot car, there is no way to describe it. It's just...sexy!!

I'm female, and I don't get the shoe thing at all. Or the clothes discussions, make-up talk, baby discussions, or any of that stuff. I think I was born with too much testosterone or something.

I've had three Trans Ams including the 6 speed WS6, and my current Corvette. When I want insane acceleration, I break out the Sportbike on weekends.

A girl after my own heart! I'm with you sista. I never like shopping for clothes, I don't have 100 pairs shoes, don't do the make-over parties. I like jeans T shirts and sweats. Tell me are an only girl? I have three brothers no sisters, and I think that has alot to do with it. My dad was a great mechanic, he was always restoring old cars-he had a black 33' ford coupe he restored with cherry red ********. He also used to race cars-and do demolition derby! Miss those days, we were always his pitt crew!

Oh my gosh, are you my long lost sister??? I am a jeans/t-shirts/sweats girl too. Dressing up for me is a nice pair of jeans and a sweater! I do have a sister but we were never close, and I have two brothers. I'm not butchy in any way, I just don't get into the girly-stuff. I think my outlook is because when I was little, all of the neighborhood kids were boys. There were no girls to play with so I played with the boys instead.
My Dad owned an auto body shop when I was growing up, until he retired in 1996. For years he has dragged home all kinds of old cars and tinkered with them. Some of the best times I had in my life were spent with my Dad at car shows exhibiting his 1931 Chevrolet five-window coupe. He won a lot of trophies with that one. Gosh did we have a lot of quality time then! He still has it but doesn't show it any more.

Hi Michelle-I'm Lori. No not butchy either-I'm the same way, a nice pair of jeans and sweater type. My husband knows not to get me frilly stuff for B-days and christmas. He got me stuff for my truck this year! I was very happy! Me being, an only girl-I played with my brother's friends too-and my brothers were very protective-no dating until i was 16-and then only if they were acceptable. They always enlightened me on how boys think! I was hoping for a boy first when I had my kids-for that reason there-but I have 3 girls-no boys-and I hope we are bringing them up right to make good decisions. Their uncles are the same way with them as they were with me-so that is a plus! we don't allow them to date until they are 16 and it will be chaparoned! I have a 14 yr, 11 yr and 7 yr old. Do you have any kids?

Men find cars sexy for many reasons...one is because metal with sharp paint job is just smoooooooooth. Leather is soft like a woman...wooOt!...Rims are shiny like diamonds....and it moves extremely fast. PLUS this car as a whole when first came out was $75k. So only problem im going to run into is people are going to think im a drug dealer....lol
