Got Jury Duty!!!

I got a notice in the mail to appear for jury duty. I've received them before but got out of them because of overseas deployments. So this will be my first one I actually attend. Can anyone give me insight as to what to expect? Doesn't sound like a whole lot of fun.

out here in indiana theres a number to call the day before pre-recorded and the last 2 x I did not have to appear

I heard of people going for 1 day and some being as long as 3 weeks good luck!!

Oh it's GOOD to have a green card.... I'm not allowed to help out with jury duty.... poor me. Everyone is wondering why I'm not going for my citizenship but am instead refiling for another round of the Green card. The answer is.... jury duty.

Oh man, this isn't sounding too good. Hope it's an open and shut case and doesn't last days. I hear you get paid, but not enough to even pay for gas. Oh, and I hope it's not one of those where they lock you all up in a hotel room and you can't go home!

I guess IPods our out.

So, it's a female and I say "She's hot", will they kick me off the jury????
