got my lighting upgrade now what

hello everybody....
awhile ago I posted that I got 2 110w VHO lights for fathers day from my little girl. My question was what would be some good soft corals to start out with...
I have 4 anenomies and a group of dasy polips what would you suggest next

if the tank is about 75G , 55G
You could get Mushrooms, Xenias, sun polys stay with softies.
about 4 anemonies,
what kind are they?
I don't think they will do good in your tank.
can you tell us little more about your setup?

my tank is a 90g its been going for 3 years and I have about 70lbs of lr and the anenomies are 2 white seba 1 long tenticaled and one pure white one the clowns love them.

anenomies dontlike high ligheing .but colt coral is nice

A colt and mushrooms would be a good addition. I am told that some types of leathers would do well under those lights, so you could look into that as well. HTH

Are your anemonees staying in one spot or moving around? If they are still wandering, your new corals will be at risk. If they are stationary, the suggestions made by others are good. It would be very disappointing to see your new addition injured or killed by one of the anemonees. Good luck with them.
