WELLLL....I saw it for a few minutes and it sunk into a rock...
...After spending hours acclimating, I put it on a rock, knowing it would probably move...well it sunk right down into a crevice, and now it is IN THE ROCK!!!!
It didn't even try to stay out, I turned the light out on that side first too...I know, I know...be patient...give it time....Forget about a pic unless it comes out...maybe tomorrow

My new BTA finally found his place. He moved twice! Both times in places where you cannot see or where there's no light. I simply turned the rock around he was attached to and has not moved since. My clown even started hosting in him today!

LOL....I am going to see where it goes on its own....I have only had it a few hours so I am not worried...just hoping that mine will come out and my clowns will host it

Patience is a virtue, good things come to those who wait, should I go on?
It may not come out for a few days so put the flash light away.
Just teasing. I will be waiting for photos, no hurry.

AHHHH...It seems I have a killer fish that wants to eat my anemone...Soooo I had to move the anemone (rock and all) into the soap dish thingy to protect it....It was doing really good this morning so I fed it a 1/4" piece of silverside....I watched it a little bit, but then had to get ready for work, so I do not know if it ate it or not...I will check when I get home
BUT...within the next day or so, killer fish is going....

Ah yes. Anything with a mask is subject to close scrutiny IMO. And then with a name like butterfly........................

Well I have no one to blame but myself...This is one of the newb errors...not enough research on a specific fish...I am trying to fix this....As I said once before on another thread...I WILL NOT BUY ANYTHING ELSE W/O ASKING THIS FORUM FIRST....LOL
All of your opinions are so greatly appreciated....

Well I think you already know what to do. You have 3 choices.
#1 Get rid of the Killer butterfly.
#2 Get rid of the bta.

#3 Nothing, and let the killer fish get the bta.
Personally I would choose #1.

Wow, hard decision, just ask yourself which you are more attached to. I'd check to see if your local LFS would take your cast off for store credit of maybe another local reefer might buy it from you. I am curious how are thing s going this evening? I would do something soon, it is not the best place to keep your bta for too long, it needs to get settled. Maybe we will get a photo, can't wait to see it.
