Got recipe for home made fish food with Garlic?

Hi all,
I was just wondering if anyone had any good recipes for home made SW fish food. I'm interested because I want to add more garlic to my fishes diet.

Ok I thought this was like a joke post but you can use Garlic for food?

people add garlic to fish food becasue garlic helps to prevent and sometimes even cure some diseases like ick. Parasites hate it but fish love it.
I use Garlic Xtreme from Kent Marine and soak food in it but I also add a few drops to my homemade mix.

I did not know that thankyou for the TIP. I would of never of thunk it. Fish are Italianos LOL
