I see you have a Shaving Brush in Pic 4. How is that working out? They look cool and I'm thinking about some for my refugium, but figured I'd see what you think before.

ye i ordered 5 brushes from this site. theyre all doing good, well exept one that i got very pale, but it seems to be growing new branching thingies. i think the key to keeping them helthy is nice direct lite, and a decent amount of current to keep slime from growing on them. all the helthy ones in my tank are under those conditions, and theyre sprouting brite green "leaves" like crazy. when planted in the rite spot, they look great, and theyre realy not too hard to care for, u just have to experiment in different spots for them

Yep..got mine from SWF also. I have noticed some growth since you asked...about a half inch. I have it under direct lighting,,,doing nicely. The pic I posted(above) was of the ones in the bottom of my 55 gal,,so theyre further from the light. The ones I have in the 30gal are closer to light and growing much faster.:)

Nope, I have kept several shaving brushes, and with tons of bluelegs, scarlets, turbos, and astreas.......not one ever came close to even messing with it.
