GPH of 1" pvc 1' long syphoned?

Anyone know what the GPH is on gravity through a 1" peice of PVC?

"Up to" 600, depending on the "water height differential" on a siphon
Or the "head height" on a drain, because after a certain point it becomes considered "pressurized" more than "gravity drained"...

How would you recomend getting desired results of about 200 gph?
down to 1/2" pvc
Control valve?
Anything else, perhaps?
