alright so i have a 75gallon reef ready tank my return pump pushing 780gph and i have 3 maxi jet 1200 that do 295gph each and i am also running a rio 2100 that does 692gps is this enought for almost all corals and if not what do you suggest

31 turn over... Seems pretty good for me!
I would say its just about where you want to be, although some may recommend 40x

Yes that will do nicely - recommended turnover rate is 10x and the flow rate is 20x - so you are right in that ball park.

see how everything works with what you got, and if you don't think it's enough flow, put the mods on.
This isn't an exact science.

Not to steal the thread, but can you explain the difference between turnover rate and flow rate? I thought they were one in the same like Coke and Pepsi?
