Any body off hand know wht is the recommended gallons per hour that a pump should be able to run water for a 75 gallon tank salt water?

more is better. try shooting for 10X your tank size or 750 gph minimum. But like I said before more is better

Remember - You don't have to have a power filter etc. that flows 10x your tank size. You want 10x the tank size of circulation, but this can be accomodated with powerfilters, skimmers, and powerheads.
