Green algae

What is the best snail to graze on this algae?. Right now I have 4 turbos but they only graze on the glass and rocks but my problem is that they do not do it on the sand. The algae comes and goes and I need a snail that do the job BUT on the sand.

I have seen my sand with the same problem. I have a queen and fighting conch in my tank...I think they are suppose to take care of the sand. As for my personal experience, I find the queen conch a little more active.
