Green and Blue on my Frag

I had it quarantined for 14 days and decided to put it in my tank. Now it has this grass and blue all over the frag plug. And the polyps aren't all open like they were.

I know its not a good picture so if anyone need another, i will get some

The green is algae, looks like bryopsis, the blue I can’t see. The algae growth indicated excess nitrate and/or. Phosphate in your water.

The strange thing is, its only on that one and wasn't there for a few weeks.

They come and go based on water quality. When there is no food for it it dies back, when the food is back it grows.
