I have a green bubble tip anemone and am having problems with it. I got it about a month ago and it looked completely healthy at first, my water quality is very good, consistant, it's a 120g system, my other two anemone's seem to be doing fine, all my other corals/fish/inverts are thriving. SO back to the issue. The anemone about a week after I bought it began shrivling up at different times midday/night etc emitting brown mucus, then it would reinflate later on, about a week later the anemone had lost most of the flourescent green that was in the end of each of the bubbles. Since then, the body will remain inflated but each of the individual tenticles remain uninflated, the darker green color has left the anemone and the I can no longer feed the anemone since it wont grab on to food. When i bought it, fully inflated the anemone was bout 8" across and sitting in my aquarium it's about 20 inches from the lighting. Has anyone experienced this sort of a problem or can someone guide me as to what might be wrong and what I can do?
