a few of my snails have green bubbles on thier shells. I have read that blue leg hermits eat green bubble algea but if the snails stay on the glass how would the hermits get to eat the algea? Any other ideas?

I have never heard of or seen blue leg hermits eating bubble algae. If the bubble algae is only on the snail remove him remove the bubble algae from his shell rense him in some tank water in a separate container then return him to the tank and discard the rense water.

Emeralds eat bubble algea. But as dan said if you only have them on snail shells I would take them out and rinse them in { SALT WATER} and then put them back in.If the snails are alive, Fresh water if they are dead. cya
