Green Chromis - Stomach Bulge

Good Morning,

Was hoping someone can help me identify an issue with my Green Chromis. Yesterday i noticed a bulge in the side of his stomach and just thought he hadn't gone to the bathroom. This morning it's now twice as bad and unfortunately i don't have a quarantine tank.I treated for a bacterial infection and also gave him garlic in his food the last 2 days. My Foxface and Blue Chromis aren't showing any issues.

Any suggestions on what this might be? I feel its only a matter of time if i can't figure out the next step.

Might have worms, I think i've heard of some fish getting issues like that. Honestly I have no idea. But those fish are basically indestructible. So if he passes theres nothing you could do, just let time do it's thing.
