I had one but lost it in a tank mishap. I hate that too because it was one of my favorite ... and I will probably find another soon.
I just simply fed mine Marine Snow. My lighting and water conditions were as good as it gets and never had an issue. I hear they can be tough to keep if the lighting is not correct. I had it for a total of 9 months.
i loved mine also, just be sure not to let it chaff a rock or anything. I lost mine when i was moving a rock, and part of the pile collapsed and rubbed the flower. If you damage any part of it, the entire coral dies.

I have had one for 6 mos now and it is doing well the biggest problem I have is that my clowns like to run through it and that kills single flowers
Mine is in a moderate water flow they like to wave slowly not blow around they need plenty of light mine is high and I have 250 mh I some times like every third day feed then phyto plankton and they like it they filter feed but the extra feeding assures they are full and healthy One important thing you should know is that if one flower eats I believe they all eat
good luck
ps clean water is a real good start and keep up the calcium
