Been having a serious green algae problem, it began with my bulbs and phosphate levels, that problem has been corrected and growth has been stunted, besides hermits, is there anything I can add to do some gardening?

When mine was bad, and I mean bad, I just used a new scub brush on it. Every few days I would get in the tank (not literaly) and scub a few rocks and pull off what I could reach. then do a small water change, added extra filter pads to catch the algea.
I have most of it gone.

I just got a GFO Reactor from Bulk Reef Supply and have half filled with carbon and the other half with Phosban in my 24g to help with the green hair algea. They say it work but time will tell
