Green Star Placement

Can I safely place my green star about 4 inches from the botten of a 35 gal. hexagon with a 96 watt coralife power compact with four bulbs?

if this is a new addition to your tank you should start it out lower and then move it up in the tank - it should be fine at the level you stated.

gsp likes lots of light and flow. flow is more important. make sure to use a turkey bastion to blow off any debris once a week.
