Green Star Polyp Question

I got my first reef addition today. Some shrooms, and a green star polyp. I was wondering how to get them to attatch to a rock?

Put a dab of superglue on the bottom of the mat, and press it to a rock. The colony will soon spread over the rock. The superglue won't hurt it, and is just to hold it in place.

I used a rubberband and left it on for a week and the mat is now frimly attached to the rock I placed it on. Cut the rubberband off and no problems. HTH

I have heard about the rubberband method working pretty good. I think I
m going to try that method. Thanks for the responses
