I have a 24 gal nano I bought a green starburst coral about 4 months ago. The tank is overgrow with purple gunk. I don't know to get rid of it.
Also i bought a watchman diamond about 3 weeks ago. Can't find it in the tank.
I have a Blue tail damsel, 1 gamma, 1 blennie, 1 clowfish, 1 firegobie . I think someone ate it.

I need to ask a few questions in order to help you
1. How long has your tank been set up?
2. What are your levels(ph, nitrate, ammonia, etc)
3. Do you add any chemicals to you tank?
4. What kind of filteration do you have?
Also, you seem a little over stocked.
