green ,thick fern-like algae

I have thick, green, fern-like algae ,growing in large ,(3 to 4"), clumps on almost everything in my one tank. A 65 gal. Is there any way to get rid of it? I tried litterally pulling it off, but it comes back & I can't get all of it off this way, either. Is there a chemical to kill it? If I didn't have any corals in the tank ,I wouldn't mind it,because it actually looks kind of cool. Thanks for any help from anyone...Gurgle :help: :happyfish

Sounds like caulerpa and is not necessarily a bad thing. Can go sexual on ya and spread like crazy though. If you do not want it, keep pulling it out. I like the looks of it myself.
