Growth on Nas Snail

I found this growth on two of my turbo Snails see pics below. I pulled the growth off of the snail in the pic and the growth is another snail. Is this a predatory snail or is my turbo having babies? The snail is small and white body with white head and shell is completley open. Any help would be appreciated. :help:

not sure what the growth is, but those aren't nassarius snails.

looked that up and I do not think that is what this is. There is no hole in the shell and it does not form a uniform pattern in shape of its shell.
