Growth on ROcks

Any idea what these tube type things are off the rocks? Also the white growth in by the mushrooms...is that a new mushroom forming? kinda blury but its white and almost see through.

Looks like small-species Vermatid gastropods and a sponge of some sort...

I was about to say a sponge as well.
If so, nothing to worry about.
