Guaging interest in my 220 in MI

I'm considering an upgrade from my 220 so I'm looking to sell. It's 72" x 24" x 30", drilled and comes with the complete set up... ready to go. Sale includes tank, stand, lights, 40 gallon fuge with return pump and additional pump. The lights are a 72" NO light and two 36" power compacts (96 watts each). Asking $1700 for everything. Will not sell in pieces, complete setup only. Here's a pic...

The lagoon may come when we move into the next house. I am debating on upgrading to a 375 gallon tank.
