Guidelines for water circulation ?

I am looking for some guidelines as far as water circulation is concerned (gallons per hour,power head placement)?
This tank will house mostly softcorals with maybe an open brain and a gorgonian.
I have some green mushrooms, yellow polyps, button polyps, and a Leather toadstool so far.
My tank dimensions are 72" x 15" x 18" = about 84 gal.

Thanks BurnNSpy, Your recommendations are pretty
close to what I have right now. I am running about 900 gph total and am having debris accumulate in certain areas
I was thinking of 1600 total gph, for say 1 hour,
so as to stir up any debris that may have settled out overnight.
Then I would run the various powerheads at
different cycles.
Thanks for the input, Your Sun Coral looks real cool. I hope have some when I have worked out the bugs in my current tank.
