guinea fowl puffer problems

my puffer seems to be in some pain. he hasnt eatin that good the last few feedings. then last night he wouldnt eat at all. he has a knot starting to show where he goes to the bathroom.

he seems constipated. he hasnt pooped in a while that we have noticed. could this be the problem and if so what can i do to help?
