Ok I had a large snail die (I think they are Mexican Turbos, not sure), so I took him out and cleaned out the shell and put the shell back in the tank. Should I have just let the crabs eat it? Would it have been better to do this?
Mexican Turbos die all the time. They are so stupid that they can't flip themselves over after they topple. I leave them in there too. Don't want to kill any tube worms or critters that might be in the shell.
