I agree with Flower...My grandchildren are not allowed in my fish room w/o me. If I still had small children...ALL FISH SUPPLIES would be locked up...or wayyyyy out of reach....Not as much for the fish, but some of that stuff could be lethal if a child were to try to eat it......keep that in mind...
LOL Wayyyy out of reach...locked up. My Andrew is proof that there is no such thing. No, when he comes to visit, I just stand guard till he goes home.
Every one of my grandkids had something they terrorized me with. Amanda was my plucker, no plant or flower ever had a chance. She is 8 now, I moved to this new house and she came to see me...within 10 minutes she plucked my only tulip from the new yard.
Alyssa was my trinket killer, no little doodad can be resisted. She coined the phrase, “Don't look Nana, it will just upset you.” She was right; if I saw what she broke I would just get upset.
Each child is dearly loved, but every child is different. When they find that one thing that just fascinates them there is no keeping it out of reach, just stand guard. The wall artists, the fish feeders, the refrigerator toys that make such wonderful messes. Oh the stories I could tell.
