haddoni anemone

I just got an Haddoni Anemone and not sure how to make sure it gets meaty food once a week..:notsure:

Just put the food on its tentacles and it will grab it and bring it to its mouth. What kind of lighting do you have for it? You may need to feed more than once a week.

It is a carpet anemone..I bought the anemone from saltwater fish.comow to feed it....they said to feed it once a week..but not sure h

It is an Orbit dusk to dawn...I am very new at this.

How many watts are each bulb and how many bulbs are there? If you do not know the watts of the bulbs, what are their lengths?
