okay so i would like to get a carpet anemone, but two questions remain, one do you think my maroon clown will host in it? he has hosted a BTA an many different fake anemones. and two, are they really THAT hard to take care of?

Whether or not your clown will host is a great unknown. You won't know until you try, but given that this clown has hosted before, makes it more likely. Most clownfish types will host a haddoni.
The question to ask is are you prepared to have a roving anemone in the tank? I love the look of them but them traveling is bothersome and to me, there are corals that give you the look of an anemone without the problems. Just my opinion after keeping anemones for years.
Strong lighting and good flow are a must. Feeding isn't difficult. Carpets can be fish killers. What else do you have in the tank?

well, a little story first, i had a pretty tank with xenia and many other beautiful corals, until one day when i had swine i realized "my calcium levels are a little low, lets top it off with this gallon jug of kalkwasser" so right now all i have is live rock, my clown a damsel fish and my C.U.C., i hvae pc lighting 108 watts, but i believe this should be fine since my tank is about a foot tall so it will always be close to the light, also what would a good size haddoni cost? im looking for the size range of 5-8 inches
