Hey all,
I just picked up the above mentioned powerhead, and for the life of me I cannot get it to be bubble free. I have the valve closed tight, and I even put in an air hose valve to make sure that there was no air comming into the power head, but I still get spurts of bubbles every 2 minutes or so. Does anyone have any ideas on how to keep this power head completely bubble free?

If you have the air hose connected to it in the venturi, take it off. Its not needed in saltwater applications. And new pumps usually have a lil air trapped in them for a while, but it should clear up within a few hours of it running. After the hose is disconnected of course. If it STILL blows air, the pump may be too high in the tank, pulling air straight from the surface, if that is the case, try lowering it in the tank an in inch or two if you can.
