Hagen Glo T5 High Output 24" Double Light Fixture

Yes looking to upgrade my STOCK lighting to something like this.. as i'm from canada this seem to be the lights around...
We are just going to have some clown fish in the tank.. and later on some really easy to keep coral... and maybe an anemone for the clown's
do you think the Hagen Hagen Glo T5 High Output 24" Double Light Fixture - With 2-Lifeglo II 24Watt T5 High Output Bulbs would be good? and what is the MIN wattage you need ????? and how BIG of WATT light can you put in them...
Oh and if you wanted atinic lights could you have them in the same lights or would you have 1 for lights and 1 for atinic???

ok we are looking at the Hagen Hagen Glo T5 High Output 24" Double Light Fixture.. and get 1 10k or 20 k bulb and an atinic bulb...
would this work for SPS coral??? like small piolis, zoo, mushrooms???
or would i need 3 bulbs ?????

oh and its a 24 watt.. so if it has 2 of them is that 48 watt??
i'm soo confused on what to get and doo.. and how to do it!!!
