has anyone heard of this type of LR b-4? They are selling 25 # of it for $90. I know I have to cure it and I'm ok with that but not sure if I should give it a try?

I've got 25lb of it but $90 is a little high but not bad. Mine colored up nicely and has nice shapes. Don't expect a ton of life in it though when you buy it, you will get some worms but thats about it.

Hi I was going start a new hobby in reef fish. IS the neocube a good start for a beginer? I was wondering what the average tempature is in reef tanks?

Right now I am just trying to bust my LR #. I have about 75 #. very low for a 125g and I'm also trying to get some diversity. right now the 75 is mostly Caribian LR. In Sept I will order some Fiji form here (about 50#) I think that will be enough? what do ya'll think???

cubecat,
Sorry I egnored(sp?) your post:notsure:
I think a cube will be hard to start off with. too much work to keep good water Quality. I would try and start out with the biggest tank you can. Also visit the New hobbyests board. There is more info there on how to start. Good luck
