Halloween Hermits Crabs

A LFS nearby is, appropriately enough, selling halloween hermit crabs. They look pretty cool with thier black and orange bodies and was thinking about adding them to a crab free tank. Has anyone ever heard of these or kept them before? Are they agressive? Most importantly will they eat the d@mn slime algae!!!

My LFS threw in some as extra's when I bought some red and blue legs. They are a mean crab. The one that got the biggest was killing off all my hermits. He is now not in my tank anymore. I wouldn't recommend them.
