Its really a pain having to carve them the night before. 3 years ago i did them 3 days before and put them in the fridge until Halloween night. They seemed ok but literally less than an hour after i put them out they were sagging :mad: By the time the kids came around you could barely tell what 1 of them was! The last 2 years i've had to pull practically all nighters to get them done, lol.

We carved ours about a week ago and they will still be fine for Halloween. The trade off, of course, is that the kids (and me) get to freeze to death while trick or treating. It's 41 right now. :scared: and sure to be about the same next week.
