See, glad I have restraint. I'm on Nutrisystem and can't eat stuff like that. lol But if I wasn't trying to lose weight it'd so be in my tummy.
But 28lbs down and still more to go...can't turn back now.

well my mom is a nutritionist so i always eat good at home and now that im on my own im pigging out!!! haha and congrats keep up the good work!!!

Thanks...it's hard not to resist a good burger now and then. I can totally understand. Next time I grill for the family I'll take pics and show you what burgers I make here. lol

I need to change departments and work as a nurse in the heart cath lab for the job security.
This "recession" is killing my current department.

yes, it is a brilliant idea, I'm thinking tonight sounds like a good time. Don't need my wife to see me trying to kill myself with food.

I'm going to go with a single decker, with some (there is no way I could eat a whole package) bacon, I'm also going to grill some onions make the grill cheese with onions inside. Then get some tomatoes, lettuce and some ketchup. I'll have to drink a shiner. Then I'll enjoy the rest of whatever football game I'm watching this week.
