Hammer coral Wierd?

Last night I was laying in my bed watching my Aquapod and I saw my hammer corals sweeper tentecal for the first time , it was waving around for about 15 minutes but the the hammer coral released it , Is this normal behaviour?

i have yet to see my hammer corals sweeper tentacles. Almost all tentacally(new word
) corals have sweeper tentacles.

I have aways kept Hammers for years and have never seen one release a tentacle. They sweep useing their normal tentacles.

hmmm it looked like a tentacle , I dont know can they poop at all?

They release there tentacles sometimes, the tentacle will grow a base and grow into a new coral if it lands in a good spot.
