Hammer Feeding

Do Hammer Corals have to be spot fed (I think I'm saying that right)
I have bubbles, mushrooms, zoos and a few other coral and I do not feed them specifically.. do hammers need me to feed them (instead of just feeding the tank)?
TIA!

No, just add your food to the whole tank usually. It depends what you're feeding. I spot feed all of my corals for assurance that theyre getting some but it's not really something you have to worry about.

Thank you for your fast reply.
I think I'm going to start doing that occasionally. Everything seems to be doing ok, but I'd feel better knowing that they are definately getting the food they need.
Thanks again.

usually you can visually check if they got food. You will see the food in the polyps and it will curl up and put it in its mouth. What kinda food are you feeding?

I just spot-fed mine Branching Hammer mysis w/ a turkey baster, seemed to gobble it up.
I'll probally give it raw, chopped clam and shrimp along w/ my RBTA. 3 times a week
