Just got a cleaner/skink shrimp 2 days ago, now that he is comfortable I noticed when I put my hand in the tank for some cleaning he comes right over to my finger and starts nibbling all over it, so as an experiment I hand fed him some frozen mysis shrimp and he was all over it, its fun to show to friends and stuff but I was thinking its probably better to keep my hands outta there! I dont clean the house much so im not worried about having windex all over me!

IMO, if your hands are reasonably clean then nothing to worry about unless you get a triggerfish, haha
If you have toxic corals like some zoos and or you have alergies ect, then should were gloves. Some people have gotten pretty sick from putting their hands in tanks.

There are plenty of things you could get stung by. People with tanks alot of times don't stop to think that the corals, anemones, bristle worms, jellies and other fish and inverts are wild and will defend themselves just like in the wild. Remember your replicating the ocean in your tank and most the creatures you get are caught in the wild. The 2 things I do are wash my hands very well after putting my hands in the tank becuase there are plenty of bacteria and if it's at all poisenous i avoid touching it at all. Some people advocate wearing gloves I personally don't. However, if you do put gloves on when reaching in make sure you don't grab the kind with powder my buddy did that and stuff was floating all over his tank for weeks nothing died but I'm sure it can't be good for the system.
