Hang-On Refugium is too heavy for a glass tank?

have anyone tried to put a Hang-On Refugium to the back of a glass tank? My tank is 30 gal with glass made. i saw there is a nice hang-on refugium which weight 12 lb. i'd like to add it on my tank. (25-1/2"L x 4-1/2"W 12"H). however, if i fill in water and sand to the refugium, will it be too heavy for glass tank?

Maybe you could put something under the fuge to support the weight. Maybe stack up some blocks or something...

its fine, i have the large aquafuge on my 75
