I need to purchase a new hang on the back protein skimmer. I don't have a sump so i need the hang on the back one. I can't spend too much money but i would like a good one.
also anyone have good ways of getting rid of hair algae?
What size tank?
What CUC do you have?
Phosphate, nitrate and silicate are food for algae so keep them very low.
Fish that are known to eat hair algae has worked the best for me, Astraea and Trochus snails also help.
