Hanging Light for first time.

I posted the entire tank over in the nano area but I don't think I'll get the help with the light over there. I purchased a light that needs to be built into a canopy or suspended, or whatever. I need your help with this. I just want the light above my tank, I don't want a canopy though. So what is the cheapest way to make sure this thing stays above my tank and doesn't look horrible?

hope this works. Im using a builtin webcam from a Macbook Pro, so its really hard to take normal pictures with it.

I've decided to try something like this:

although due to the light setup I will probably

the lights into a piece of wood and lay the wood on the PVC.

I was thinking you would have to attach them to a piece of wood, then maybe use plant hangers to hang the lights. Though the hangers would have to be screewd to the wall.
That set up looks good though.
