Happy bday to me.

... and for a present, my daughter has decided to start teething again and waking up all hours of the night wanting to be held.
I'm to the point where I'm just going to let her cry herself to sleep. Nothing more I can do - gave her a teething paci, teething gel, teething tablets and tried giving her a bottle... so, I guess the next best thing to do is let her cry as much as she wants.

Happy Birthday!
Motrin!
I gave up on all the other stuff. Julianna is cutting her molars (yes, she's only 10 months). Have you tried those teething tablets? They don't do anything. It just distracts the child because there's a new flavor in their mouth. In the beginning I was all, "no meds," but I finally broke down and started giving Motrin for teething, and it's night and day. Think about it, if you had a tooth ache for days, wouldn't you take something?

Most definitely i would, if i had it in the house. I was desperately trying to find the meds last night and couldnt. Anyways, my wife ended up sleeping on thr couch with her anyways.
Tonight is my night to take care of her. Im going to be armed and ready.

Ahhh, made that mistake once. Now I have enough infant Motrin and acetaminophen to last me a lifetime.
By the way, you may want to do some research on baby Orajel and the like, many pediatricians (both mine regular ped and the specialist we see) do not recommend using it.

She hasnt had a problem with the oragel at all in months. Not something im willing to give up if it gives her a little relief and gives me some sleep. My pediatrician had no problems with it.
My one year old only has four teeth so far. But i think she is getting ready to pop them all out at the same time this week or next.

Yum. I love a good steak dinner!! Sounds like you had a good day... Besides the teething baby. It gets better, but teething is tough. Hang in there buddy!!

Thanks guys, and happy late b-day to you, sweater.
That last chem exam killed me. I threw up right after I took it. I don't know why I have been soo stressed about school lately. At some points I feel like quitting school and joining a commune. Other times I feel like I know it better then some of my classmates. I dunno, I'm just stressing beyond belief this semester. Not a whole lot of time to take care of the tank these days, but hey, at least it is still looking ok.
I'm sure you all haven't noticed that I have almost stopped coming by here as often as I used to. As the semester progresses, the concepts get a little harder and I have to put more time into understanding it. But, this Summer I should have plenty of time to stop by and say hello. :D
By the way, I am still kinda working on my website, www.dixiereef.com and adding new information to it about once a week or so. I would really like it if someone else would take a turn and write an article or two. If your interested, e-mail me at SnakeBlitz33@gmail.com
