I guess one reason why I noticed Harry's anger so much in the last book is because the last James Bond movie I saw with Pierce Brosnan he was yelling quite a bit in that movie. I remembe rthinking James Bond can't get angry he is alwasy so cool. Maybe that is why I notived Harry yelling a lot in the last book. Anyway I dont want to hijack the thread and turn this into a James Bond talk.
Will Harry ever hook up with that Cho girl?

I thought Harry did somewhat hook up with Cho and she was hormonal or something. I really need to reread that book. I read the first five pages last night and remembered how frustrating it is to read the first chapter, as all the characters are reintroduced in the same way, but I'm OCD, and must carefully read each sentence and chapter in its entirety!

I don't know how I'm going to wait that long...
Anyone have any last minute pet theories/predictions they'd like to put forward?
Here's a question about Mrs. Umbridge...
Do you think that she's an evil person (i.e. a Death Eater) OR, did she behave so badly in OOTP because she really wanted to believe that Voldemort hadn't returned?
Rowling creates such complex, three-dimensional characters that I'm inclined to go with the latter, but what do y'all think?

Can't wait for the book too. I have to do some rereading to catch up again. It's been a while, especially after reading all of these posts.
But...maybe Dudly is the half-blood prince. Petunia is suppose to be a witch too, Harry's mom was. That should make Dudly a half blood. Wouldn't that be a twist?! Although, he's never showed any magical powers so probably not. Just a thought. It's probably someone we haven't met yet.
I agree with Scott in that the last book wasn't as fun for me. I will have to reread it. Lots of yelling.
I'm not on any list or going to show early. I'm just going to wait patiently until I see it then I will snatch it up and read it in 2-3 days. Much harder with a 2 year old running around. I'm so excited to read a book that I can't put down. Oooh this is fun! :jumping:
