Oh and to jump in, I think the SH would be much happier in the 55g
I have my adult tiger tails in my 75g
LPS stands for Large Polyp Stony corals, which have a powerful sting that can kill a SH, and my 55 is full of them. And the seahorses at that site are dwarfs, which need live baby brine daily.
I feed newly hatched baby brine shrimp and sometimes I will catch them snicking at the larger brine I offer the pipefish. I have never seen or heard of dwarves eating anything else
Brine shrimp might be an issue. The nutritional value is very limited. I would suggest growing copepods to supplement the bbs. There are a few species available that are very easy to grow.
The only way i would get dwarfs would be if my LFS got in ora dwarfs(which are supposed to eat frozen) and i saw them eat frozen at the store. http://www.orafarm.com/seahorses.html
