Has anyone had clown take to a hairy mushroom is it a good combo?

Hey Beth,
Any turf war going on between those zoos and your toadstool?
One of my colts kept banging into the edge of my toadstool and even after I moved it, it still doesn't fully extend its polyps in that area!

This toad had to be moved away from the clown's areas because of being bothered by the clown. I almost lost it. However, the clown has found it again, so will have to see how it holds up. Had to do an emergency FW dip and antibiotic treatment on this. Fortunately it worked!
See the brown film? By the time I did the procedure, it covered 3/4 and no polyps extended. Glad to say that all is well again.

glad you asked that i have never had problems with him ever since he nipped - flower pot coral I think he didnt like the taste...lol just one nip and no more from him!!!!!!

LOL, yes Clowns will tank up with anything that even remotely looks like an Anemone..... INCLUDING MUSHROOMS!!! I have some GIANT HAIRYS in my 75 reef ready and my Ocellarious?? Flase Percula Clown is ADDICTED to them..... he crazy anyway... chases damsels around all day... anyway, and yeah, they are bad about getting in Leathers and tearing them up .... anyways... yup this is ok.... my hairys dont seem to mind the clown at allllll!!!!

sweet, hope you have plans for larger accomodations for the tangs, especially the powder blue tang. The 45 won't accommodate them too long.
