Has anyone heard of the clownfish disease?

has anyone ever heard of the clownfish disease?i was reading in my book about it but wasnt sure if it was true

Clownfish are not the only fish that get Brooklynella hostilis. It is fairly common in wild caught Clownfish though, especially Percs.
My advise - Buy Tank Bred Clownfish.
