Has anyone seen anything like this?

Hello,
Recently i noticed several little critters running across one of my live rocks as i went to turn the lights on yesterday morning. The ranged in length from approx. 0.5 cm to 1.0 cm. At first the appeared to resemble a terrestrial pill bug however, I saw them again this morning and they look like little shrimp. They quickly scurry across the live rock and hide once the light comes on which leads me to believe they are nocturnal as i've never seen them in the day. Also, they appear to be translucent. I know this isn't much information but the move to quickly to take a photo. Has anyone experienced anything like this?

Do a search on copepods or amiphods -- I think I spelled them correctly. Some get big enough to see where it looks like a freshwater shrimp (which are still small)

Yes! They look just like amiphods.... are they okay in my tank? Or...do i need to get them out!

Yes get them out and give them to me.LOL JK. They are very beneficial to your tank
